1. How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed on our website,

2. How long is your shop open for?
Our shop will remain open and close only IF/WHEN an influx of orders come in/ to catch up on orders/prep for cons. A heads up will be provided on our IG stories.

3. What are your processing/shipping times?
The amount of time it takes to prepare the order to ship.
This will range between 2-4 weeks. If it changes, ALL updates will be provided in our IG stories.
- “RUSH MY ORDER” is available and decreases processing time to 7 days from the day the order is placed, for an additional charge. NOT eligible for custom orders or sealed tumblers.
- ONLY standard shipping is available for Domestic + International orders:
Domestic: 4 7 business days, could be extended
International: 1 3+ weeks, depending on destination
Shipping Labels are printed on Friday's.

4. Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally EXCEPT to the countries listed HERE.
International buyers are responsible for ALL VAT/IMPORT/CUSTOM fees.

5. Can I combine shipping?
Domestic orders (US + Territories) MUST submit a request via email ONLY. International orders are automatically combined UNLESS the email/name/shipping address do NOT match.

6. How do I change/update my shipping address?
- ALL changes MUST be submitted via email ONLY.
- Buyers are responsible for ALL re-shipping fees if an INCORRECT shipping address is provided AND the package is returned to us.

7. What happens if my package is lost/stolen/damaged in transit?
-Lost/Stolen: Contact your local post office first so they can assist you in tracking the package. Second, ask your neighbors in case the package was dropped off at the wrong house/unit/mailbox. Lastly, contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
-Damaged: IF you purchased shipping insurance, contact us via email ONLY and we'll submit a claim on your behalf.
IF a claim is required:
Do NOT toss any of the packaging or its contents
Photograph both the exterior and interior of the package, including the packaging materials AND damaged products.
Replacements will be made once the claim has been approved and the buyer has been reimbursed.
Kawaiifu Crafts is NOT responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages once they have been accepted by USPS.

8. Do you accept custom orders?
Custom orders are available a on a “first come, first serve” basis. Custom restocks will be announced on our IG stories.

9. Are there product purchasing limitations?
The only limitations apply to custom items:
Custom tumblers
Custom milk bottles
Theses items are limited to ONE of each per person, per drop. If you purchase more than one, the extras will be canceled. NO EXCEPTION.

10. What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay

11. Are milk bottles sealed?
They are not. See care instructions.

12.What is the difference between sealed & non sealed tumblers?
✨Sealed Tumblers
cups are sealed with a sealant to further protect the decals. This sealant also gives the tumblers its glossy finish.
✨Non Sealed Tumblers
the decals are exposed, HOWEVER with proper care they will last.
